REGISTRATION PROBLEM

I want to register at UNISA this year, to progress with a course that i commenced in 2003. I have been informed that 2 of the credits still count. I PERSONALLY went into the George UNISA branch during the application period, and submitted my application, and was told that the next step would be to register when that opened. I received no correspondence subsequently. On 3 January, I tried to register online. The system would not let me get past a certain point. I went into the same George office, and was informed that I need to apply! I told them that i HAD app**** at that very office, but nobody could assist further. I am now EXTREMELY frustrated, as I want to continue with the course. I am 64 years old and cannot waste a year due to some obvious administrative glitch. Who can I speak to for assistance????
