REGISTRATION PENDING

Good day<br> I am rather desperate. I registered for the final year of my qualification on the 20th Jan 2016 online and paid for my registration. Payment went through but my registration status has remained at in progress since then. I have emailed, called and tried every way I can find to get hold of someone at Unisa to at least explain why and what can be done to resolve this. Nobody answers a phone or responds to an email and I am sincerely fed up. Please can someone help a desperate student?
