Registration - No study material

We paid the deposit for for Student Nr ********** 4 2 months ago, and we are still waiting for her study materials. We have send numerous emails, try phoning but no reply. We have the details for Mr Jabulani Chauke, we send him emails to enquire, but still no answer back. Today (18 August 2017) I have tried to phone your offices on all the following numbers ( ********** , ********** , ********** and ********** ) just keeps on ringing, or the call just ends.

How must the students study if they do not receive their study materials, or know what is happening if they do not get any updates.

This is totally unacceptable!!
