Registration: No e-mail response and no answer

I sent an e-mail 10 days ago and only got a response this morning regarding my enquiry.<br> The information given is completely incorrect and does not even address 1 single enquiry.<br> I called and got transferred about 5 times.<br> Finally reached someone at the registration department and they gave me the accounting department's number.<br> It is not working.<br> <br> Augh, this really is the worst service!
