Registration nightmare<br> I registered with the UNISA university seferal weeks ago, sent them a copy of my ID. Still they spelled my surname wrong. I immediately made attempts to contact them to inform them of the error. Email and phone calls. NOTHING, the only response you get are auto generated emails. Thus i had to claim my log-in with my incorrect surname, but still there was no way to correct their error on-line either. The unisa email system does not work either, the supp**** password did not work. The \forgot your password system"is a mess as the encrypted password is unknown to be upper or lower case. It is so demotivating to start your studies with a university that is unable to correct a simple thing as an incorrect spelled surname. Id like my money back and the money i spent buying the prescribed book and calculator. """
