registration follow up

I talked to Ms phetogo Mofulatfi, follow upping on the payment done by my company for studies of one of my colleaque. I asked her to explain as to why is the delay in issuing of the study materials, she told me I lack listening skill and that she does not have time as she is busy with pile of registrations.
