Registration amount paid yet not registered

Hi , Unisa when are you planning to respond to my email in regards to my registration for my modules. I paid on the 28 June 2019 . Was at the florida campus to enquire on the payment that is not reflecting … spoke to someone and emailed them the relevant proof of payment . i am still waiting. This is a horrible service.
