Registered modules not appearing on student dashboard

It pains me to have to place this review about an institution which I have been studying with for the past 5 years, with up to now, no major issues.

I started semester 1, registering 4 modules for the semester and paying the initial registration amount. On 3 March 2022 I registered an additional 3 modules which are year modules that will run until end of 2022. I paid the initial amount to finalise registration on the last day it was due (7 March 2022). Now these last three modules are what I am having problems with. These modules have not been added to my student dashboard, even though two of these modules have assignments due 25 March and 1 April respectively.

I have e-mailed UNISA about this and have received a standard response back. I was planning to sit with these modules this long weekend but unfortunately I do not have them loaded so even if I do that, I won't be able to submit anything. This is stressful for me as a part-time student, with a full-time job and this is impeding on my already limited time available.
