Registered but never received study materials

I registered at UNISA in February 2015 for my Honours degree. According to the registration letter I received at campus, I was registered for IOP4863. I didn't receive study materials and tried to contact unisa but never got feedback. Then i went to campus and they told me that I never registered for the module. Now I am one module outstanding to complete my degree. This is absurd.
