Register or money back!!!

I have app**** for b.ed hons degree and my application was accepted etc. I've paid R10000 on the 7th of January, but still not registered. It keeps saying 'in progress'. I need my study material as soon as possible. I have tried phoning UNISA for the past 3 weeks and got through only once. They told me I must just wait. This is unacceptable. I strongly suggest you contact me ASAP otherwise I am forced to get a lawyer to get my money back. I don't even know if my assignments are due yet. I will not be responsible for failing subjects due to assignments not handed in. UNISA is late with my registration and I will be refunded in full. It is almost impossible to contact them.
