Refusal to re-issue Academic Qualification

I have contacted Unisa to request the re-issuing of my Honours certificate as it has gone missing in the last move. I emailed Unisa. I called their call centre. I emailed them again. I even went to their Bellville office to again request the qualification and to see if they will not perhaps assist me there. I am willing to pay for the certificate, as this was at my fault. Unisa has stated that this is not done. All they are willing to provide is your academic history with all your marks /results showing and underneath (in a smaller font size 8) it states you passed the course. All other Tertiary Institutions offer assistance with re-issuing of certificates and qualifications. Stellenbosch University, CPUT, UCT, University of Potchefstroom to name a few.

This is really shocking that they blatantly refuse to re-issue documents. I know the admin is shocking but this is ridiculous.
