Refusal to give me my academic record

<p>I was a student at unisa and had hoped to still be a student again but they refuse to give my academic record claiming i still owe fees when it clearly states even on the myunisa that my fees balance is 0.00 yet they will not give my record and they ignored my emails attempting for assistance.</p>
