refusal of refunding my money

I paid an amount of R3350 for registration at UNISA for an education course on the 30th january 2015. I then decided I don't want to persue a career in this field. I went to unisa in durban and I explained the receptionist that I don't want to study in this field and I want my money back. She asked me to apply for a refund which I did on the 9 february 2015 and I was told the money will be credited into my account within 15 business days. When the 15 days was up and no money was in my account, I phoned unisa and I was asked to cancel my modules which I did on the 2 march. Then on the 3 march I phoned the unisa accounts department and I was told I couldn't get my money. I sent so many emails to unisa from february and no one got back to me. The people working at unisa are unhelpful and they can't even answer their phones. I just need my R3350 back ASAP. Its a lot of money to give away to the institution for nothing when I'm not even studying anymore. I'm not going to rest until I'm creditted all my money back. A very angry student!!
