REFUSAL OF PAYMENT LETTER

i have settled my outstanding unisa account with NICS on the 15/04/2015 . i have been sending them emails requesting for them to update UNISA with the payment made and Paid up letter and they are not responding to my email<br> <br> i need to registrar with UNISA and send my employer proof that i have registrar in order to assume my new position if i cant produce proof of registration i wont get the promotion<br> <br> Please assist me regarding this
