Refusal of granting credits

I registered with Unisa a Diploma for National Diploma in Administration Management ( General), I app**** for credits. I tried registering in 2013 second semester on self help registration and there was an error student advisor couldn't assist . I then sent an email to the assist me. I then sent an email to confirm how many subjects do I still need to register for me to complete my studies. Now I get this response:<br> Good day<br> <br> I regret to inform you that credit from technikons is granted if both papers of the course have been completed. You only passed moduleB. <br> <br> They are playing mind games
