Refunds and Rechecks

Hi,

Can anyone advise how come UNISA is so *********** in a lot areas, Study Material late, Grouping Late, Rechecks, Refunds. Do they just hire *********** staff or is that their mission and vision? I requested a Recheck before 31 July 2017 today its September 9 i have heard anything from them. I also requested a refund till today not even a word. Don't even bother trying to call them there always tired call centre staff on the other side which wont even bother to try and help. UNISA has been on the media a number of times but their service is getting worse and worse. The reason I overpaid them is because they couldn't detect the payment which was made before the close date "again it was their systems"
