Refund still unpaid- Disgusting Service

I app**** for a refund on 3 Oct 2018. I'm still awaiting my refund. Surely, there are competent staff around to deal with these issues. I even emailed the Director of Finance and admin staff in her department and still no response. The service is pathetic and to think I considered studying with UNISA. Thankfully I am not.
