Refund request not honored

I am so dissapointed In a lack of service from Unisa's finance department, I requested a refund over a month ago. I used the correct form, with all the required backup and sent it to the *** as per the instruction on the refund form. It's over a month having re-emailed it over 4 times still with no refund and no response. Please can somebody assist me urgently email me urgently on *** with proof of my refund and when it will be paid into my account.
