Refund request.. No response from finance department: Unisa
I cancelled my studies the beginning of May 2021, requested a refund on the 7th of May 2021. Send 4 emails already with no response. Tried to phone as well but no answer. I'm supposed to get a refund of R6129.. Can someone please assist as I need my money.
