I’ve been sending This request since march I have to say that this is ********* ,

I’m currently considering to take the next step and going to the media cause I don’t receive any response from you guys I’m certain this is a big department and you receive request on a daily basis

I’m Really disappointed in the service I’ve been receiving from Unisa Really , you guys should really stick to what you publish even your refund documents states that I refund will be done in 15 working days if compulsory documents was received well I’m waiting for more than 15 days it’s been 7 months going for 8 months
