Refund not paid over 8 months ago

I have requested a refund for the last 8 months and I keep having to send the same email with the same documents with no response as to what the hold up is. Choosing them was a HUGE mistake to begin with, as the service over the last 3 years has been appalling! Always quick to ask for their money but ridiculously slow to give you yours.
