Refund not paid out

Good day Trust you are well I had app**** for a refund on my UNISA account on 24.08.2019 as I had incorrectly app**** for the wrong study course. I had paid all the fees and only noticed after everything was done. UNISA had indicated that a refund takes 30 normal days to be processed. Today is the 30th day and I haven't received any response. I sent out emails and tried calling but there is no response. Please can someone assist me.
