REFUND NOT PAID BACK TO ME

I app**** for a bursary with NSFAS, while waiting for admin to be completed I paid registration at Unisa in the meantime. I received no correspondence/feedback on the process. I did not want to miss registration. My complaint is against Unisa. I called them numerous times asking for my refund, I was told yes the systems shows i paid the money in Jan 2019, I had to complete a form and send bank statement which i did. "Unisa says they paid NSFAS my refund" NSFAS says they cannot pay NSFAS the refund because the money is not there's.

I requested proof of this refund to be sent to me in March 2019 still no proof, i call numerous times sent emails.

I need help!
