Refund not paid

Disappointed with Unisa

I app**** for a refund from Unisa last year, to this day I have not received my refund. I went physically to the Sunnyside campus and submitted my forms & all those required documents. After several months, I had to submit for the fourth( to the Finance department and/or individuals) time on email because for some reasons no documents were received. Not sure how can one submit to several individuals yet no one sees the documents, this is so disappointing, still in 2023 the service is still poor.

Frustrated and tired with this whole situation.
