Refund LONG overdue - is UNISA in financial trouble?
I cancelled a course at Unisa shortly after registering and was promised a full refund of the deposit of R2480 in August.
I already lost the course fees of almost R8000 - it is now December and still have had no luck. They refunded R656 at the end of November and I have been querying this daily since then (via email as no-one answers the phone). I want the balance of my money refunded (R1824).
Is Unisa in financial trouble? Why does it take so long?

31 Jan 2018, 09:55It is almost February and still no response, acknowledgement, receipt, NOTHING from Unisa. Proudly South African heh?
I am continuing with my almost-daily emails to them (and it has to be by email as they do not answer their phones).
They simply do not acknowledge anything.
I am still waiting for my refund and will continue to fight the battle.
