Refund hasn't been processed 13 months later

If I could rate them a negative 1, I would. I have literally been begging for my refund to be processed since January 2022. I do not understand why the administration sucks so much. I've called, emailed and even attended physically. It's been pointless. Maybe this review will help me somehow. But really. UNISA has really horrible administration. They need to do better.
