Refund from Unisa

Hi I registered with Unisa two years ago for a 1year programme and only attended one semester and the company I was working for paid cash for my studies and they were deducting their money from me on a monthly basis, however because of work and some other unforeseen circumstance I could finish the programme and had to drop out the money paid in was R9000. 00 and when I left my previous employer they debited all the monies owed to them so on my first semester on the R9000 paid I the three subject I was doing cost R4500 meaning I have a balance of R4500 with unisa which I had been trying to get refund on it since beginning of March 2020 and without no luck I am not receiving any help from anyone I have sent an email requesting my money they didn't reply me and have downloaded their refund forms and filled and sent it to them, again I have ran out of luck went to their campus in Pretoria at Sunnyside they sent me from one pillar to post I don't know what to do anymore my name is Bokang Elliott Lesejane and my student number is ***0 please assist me to get my money back I have sent them everything including my banking details but had ran out of luck
