Refund

Good I've been trying to get hold of unisa since February ,i did register a course in january then i got an email saying i must pay 1620, i payed early February i got an email again saying my course was cancelled because i have not pay of which i did pay before closing date. I no longer have airtime only to speak to a machine. Can i please have my money back pls....
