Refund *******

My name is Leonard Ndlovu a former Unisa student. I graduated in 2023. My student no is ***1. Unisa owed me a refund of R2920 since last year (2022). I tried to sent them numerous emails requesting my refund and I was taken from pillar to post.

I emailed DSF-NSFAS@unisa several times without any response and almost after more than 20 emails, they responded and said I must contact Nelisiwe Lukhele at this email : *** of which I did and she promised that my refund will be processed and be paid at the end of June or 1st week of July. When the stipulated time period lapsed I contact her via emails and she never responded.

Why should it take the whole University of South Africa to pay my refund of a mere or less than R3000? I'm really flabbergasted by their stunts. Hello Peter please intervene and help me get my money back. My contact no is ***.
