Refund

I am a Unisa student and I am registered for a short course in Risk Management. After I registered in March 2020, I made a deposit of R10200 towards my fees while waiting for my bursary to pay out and also to secure my application , few days later the bursary made a payment of the same value that I paid . I then submitted a refund request form 2x already and I have not received my refund nor response from the University.
