refund

<p>hi</p> <p>It happens in 2012 year end I register at unisa but I couldn't enrol because I got a new job in the following year so I had to focus on my new job. i went to them they gave me a form to sigh they say i must fax the form , i fax the form they didnt return any fax or money since 2014 they didn't get back to me till today and i tried to call them they didnt pickup they phone</p> <p> </p> <p>so my friend advisord me to write to you , can you please help me to get my refund back </p> <p> </p> <p>thanks</p>
