Refund

Mohale Aubrey from finance has not been any help at all documents that were submitted more then 15 days ago yet he keeps asking for documents and not reading his emails. Unisa has the worst experience when it comes to communicating with students and even finance related queries. I can even phone in cause that does help at all this is exactly the reason why I left to register at another institution. Honestly studying at Unisa is the worst.
