Refund

I am very annoyed by the Sunnyside campus staff. End of April this year I paid double my fees and communicated with them via email for a refund which was unsuccessful so I went to campus and app**** on the 15th of May. They said within 15 working days il have my refund. Tomorrow is the 15th day and I still have nothing. I am a bread winner at home and at the end of April my contract ended so I'm unemployed now. I need the money to help my family. Please help me
