refund

I have been trying to get hold of unisa from the begining of this year i am a payment of R3500 in the wrong student number butnoone seem to care i sent the email many times called them many time but the finance department and i want to register with the money since the time is not on my please assist. I had to find out in the internet by google how to request a refund now that its done no reply still i dont understand why you have all the number and email because they are just there for nothing
