In Feb I paid half of my tuition because my bursary by then was still been processed.It was however approved and as NSFAS says,all my tuition fees for the first semester was paid amounting to R6860.00 on the 22nd of May and reflected Unisa to have received the money on the 29th.Now I am sent from pillar to post by Unisa even after informing them what NSFAS is saying.They are just not interested to look at my problem.I have been to Unisa Pta several times,spoken to Sandra and a lot of call back promises made but no call at all.If NSFAS is lying,they should tell them but they are just quiet.I trusted Unisa but now I am not sure.I am even registered for a Linguistics Degree of which i never did.It reminds me of the SABC Board member Shabalala's story.The question is,are they really efficient not to make mistakes or are they like anybody who just don't care. Imagine driving 100km to Pta to honour their prosess but you get this attitude.I have asked them to speak to NSFAS but they just don't care.You write to them ***,they don't respond.re these the kind of degrees we get to treat each other and their scholars this way-DON\T CARE ATTITUDE? I hope there is nothing sinister."
