Received no information with regards to the application

I wanted to register, for my CTA level two, but was not aware of the application periods in November 2017 since UNISA did not communicate the application and registration dates with the students via e mail or SMS. I missed my application period and now I will not be able to continue my studies. I will be wasting a year of my life.
