Reallocation of paid funds- ***0

Good day

I made payment to unisa but mistakely i had predefined beneficiary description which was my husbands student and would like to have it reallocated to my account. We've emailed UNISA no acknowledgement of receipt I've tried calling the institution but to no avail.

Also on my year mark for FAC4863 I had a higher mark but on myunisa its reflecting another one.

Please assist as these will affect my results for 2017
