April 29th, 2020: deposited tuition payment, May 3rd, 2020: payment bounced, May 4th, 2020: sent "UNISA Finance" an enquiry about bouncing tuition payments (ref no.: 20125NX01808), **no other feedback** June 19th, 2020: deposited tuition payment, June 22nd, 2020: payment bounced, July 13th, 2020: deposited tuition payment, July 15th, 2020: payment bounced, August 17th, 2020: sent "UNISA Finance" a follow up enquiry about bouncing tuition payments (ref no.: 20230NX06641) **no other feedback** August 28th, 2020: "UNISA Finance" sent suspension warning, August 29th, 2020: responded to "UNISA Finance" suspension warning (ref no.: 20242NX06212)
At no point, of contacting the bank, did they pick up a challenge on their end with these payments. As far as they can tell, it's an issue on UNISA's end. Given that the bank is the only side which has responded throughout all of this, i'm inclined to believe them. My Bachelor of Technology is the first qualification i'm studying through this institution and it's most likely going to be the last. Unless, of course, they can pull up their socks. Their first order of business, however, is locating those socks.
