Re-Marking results still pending

I wrote exam October/ November 2014, and I got supplementary for LRM1501, I app**** for remarking December and it was approved, and they promised that the results will be out within a period 2 months even now they did not give out the results. I even wrote that supplementary yesterday... This is so disappoint about my institution. The strange part of it they Billed me for R 340 for re-marking... Trust me I am so disappointed with it. I even have a similar matter to this and is still not attended its the Registrars Office.
