Re-mark of exam papers

After receiving my results early December 2015, I went to the P.E.head office to request a re-mark or to see my papers. I was told to enquire at a later stage. their web-site were off-line quite often. On Jan 25, 2016, I sent a mail. They referred me to P.E. Registration [***]. I sent them a mail the same day.[no response yet] I went back on Feb. 1, 2016, where I was informed that the window for re-marking closed yesterday. upon requesting advise, I was met with a shrug of the shoulders and told that I can go to Pretoria in person and see if I can find somebody to help me. I then sent a mail on Feb.2, to pe-registration, as well as on the 4th and 7th of Feb to request help, and on the 8th and 9th to pe registration and re-mark [***] and still no response on any of my e-mails. the reason for my request to re-mark is that I achieved50% and 83% average and exam only received 44% and 40% and need 50% to pass, and I am convinced that I did better in both subjects.
