Re-mark

I have been trying to get my daughter's one exam paper re-marked from 4 January (when Unisa was supposed to open) with no response. I have sent emails everyday to every possible and impossible email address, phoned Unisa, used the text forum and visited the branch in Kimberley. No response. Have seen photos of the chaos in head office. My daughter is currently teaching in Taiwan and needs to know if the re-mark was successful because if not, she has to register to do this subject this year in Taiwan. It is really a frustrating, powerless feeling dealing with Unisa
