Re-mark

I have submitted a form for one subject to be re-marked on 12 Jan 2016 and paid the fee for the re-mark. I haven't since had any response whether the form was received, whether the re-mark was done, NOTHING! I send a query every day via email and they just don't answer their phones. I tried every number possible that I could find. It is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
