****** and rude unisa officals

Today i went to unisa to get assistance to study for a non degree purpose module. I already have my degree and honours with unisa due to the fact that i teach Afrikaans in school and i have English in my degree i wanted to do an afrikaans module as non degree. The lady at unisa screamed at me and asked me for what do i want to study. After explaining to her she tells me i cannot study , and i must get a letter from the department giving me permission to study! I am employed by the school I do not have a department job. When i explained to her she was very rude and arrogant and refused to help me at all. The people employed by Unisa are ******. The minute they need to talk to an indian or white student they automatically are rude and do not want to assist you. Yet before me 2 black guys went to her she spoke to them properly and helped with whatever questions they had!

Unisa is a pathethic institution in my opinion.
