Quick to take your money

I registered for the last two modules of my BCompt Accounting degree on the 18th of June, paid UNISA on the 20th and the modules have still to be uploaded on to my profile. I did, however receive a statement from UNISA showing that they had received the money. when you try to contact them to find out what the issue is no one replies or picks up the phone.
