Quick to take application fee but zero assistance

Been trying to apply for post graduate degree in education since April. Submitting and re-submitting documents as requested with hardly any assistance or response from unisa. Registration closes today. Please refund application fee as paid a fee and no service and assistance was given. Phones are never answered and emails are rep**** vaguely with no attempt to resolution. I requested assistance with application and registration and feel I have not been assisted in this regard. Worst institution I ever app**** to!
