<p>What a wonderful feeling it is knowing that good service still exists . Queen Mgxaji is the supervisor at the UNISA Roodepoort University and had to step in to assist with a matter that her staff member initially refused to assist with . She handled the matter with professionalism and turned a terrible experience into a fruitful one whereby my query was attended to and all questions asked were answered with accurately and politeness .
