Qualification not complete

I have completed a Pgce qualification with unisa, I wrote my last exam in November. I passed all my modules yet still my academic record says I haven't completed the course. I have app**** for a job and they are willo0ing to take me on the condition that I give them an academic record that states I have completed the course. I have spoken and called several people working in unisa but no one is willing to help.
