Qualification complete status update

I am writing in regards to a BTech in Safety that l completed in 2017 at Unisa. All my study mates got their qualification complete status update and the sms for graduation. I have been trying to phone the university to ask about my issue. Usually the auditing process takes up to siX weeks from the day the results issued to get the qualification update from final year to qualification completed. Mine is still o n final year and l am worried bucause if status is not changed one can not graduate or get graduation SMS. Please help me get my status updated by the University so that l can graduate with others and get my qualification. My student mumberi is ********** 6. All fees paid and no monies outstanding. Please help me.
