put the phone down in a STUDENTS Ear

I phoned the financial department, a man tells me i have to phone my Parow campus with a financial question - i don't know his name but he was useless. I phone Parow a lady speaks to me, and tells me complete nonsense, she then puts me on hold answers again (all while i'm still talking) then put the phone down in my ear! I phone back and no answer, eventually a lady named Pat Answered, and helped me out wonderfully exactly what i asked was done. thank you Pat! I suggest UNISA take care of the bad attitudes in their building, you are being terrible examples to students, i regret every joining UNISA honestly.
