Purchased script not received

I have purchased a script on 06/08/2014, but did not receive any script or feedback.<br> Have done numerous follow-ups, but still no script. As I have followed all avenues available for no success, I logged a complaint with Unisa's Ombudsman on 08/12/2014. Also done a few follow-up and still no script.<br> The previous script that I have bought also took more than 8 months to get something.<br>
